7. Personal Data
Personal data is information about the factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number, your address and all inventory data that you provide when registering and creating your customer account. Statistical data that we collect when you visit our web shop, for example, and that cannot be directly associated with your person, are not included here. For example, these are statistics about which pages of our shop are particularly popular or how many users visit certain pages of the Zalando shop.

8. Customer Account
For each customer who registers accordingly, we set up password-protected direct access to his stored inventory data (customer account). Here you can view data about your completed, open and recently sent orders and manage your data and the newsletter. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to make them accessible to any unauthorised third parties. We cannot accept liability for misused passwords, unless we are responsible for the misuse. If you do not log out, you will remain logged in automatically. This feature allows you to use some of our services (e.g.’Your YourSRI’) without having to log in each time. For security reasons, however, you will be asked to enter your password again if, for example, your personal data is to be changed or you wish to place an order.

9. Collection, processing and use of your personal data
Data protection is very important to us. Therefore, when collecting, processing and using your personal data, we strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. We collect, store and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent warranties, for our services, technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or invoicing or if you have given your prior consent. Within the framework of order processing, for example, the service providers (such as transport companies, logistics companies, banks) used by us receive the necessary data for order and order processing. The data passed on in this way may only be used by our service providers for the fulfilment of their tasks. Any other use of the information is not permitted and will not be made by any of the service providers entrusted by us. For your order we need your correct name, address and payment data. We need your e-mail address so that we can confirm receipt of your order and communicate with you. We also use these for your identification (customer login). You will also receive your order and shipping confirmation via your e-mail address. Your personal data will be deleted if there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary and if you have asserted a claim for deletion, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

Our site uses for the integration of videos the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be associated with your user account (you can prevent this by logging out before viewing the video on YouTube).

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube. For more information, please see YouTube’s privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ from it.
